Sergio A. Ugazio is a corporate security and risk management executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience spanning federal law enforcement, critical infrastructure protection, and detention operations. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former executive-level federal agent, Ugazio brings a mission-driven, accountability-focused approach to safeguarding people, assets, and operational environments across both public and private sectors.
During his federal career, Ugazio held senior roles within homeland security operations, overseeing complex enforcement initiatives and interagency coordination. As Principal of Dracon Alpha Systems, he focuses on advancing security innovation at the intersection of technology, compliance, and government systems — specifically secure data architecture and intelligence transfer concepts for enterprise and public-sector environments.
Zachary Malone
Director of Technology & Systems Integration
Zachary Malone directs the technical architecture and systems integration strategies for Dracon Alpha. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University, he specializes in secure distributed computing, network hardening, and Linux-based server administration.
Malone combines technical expertise in Java and SQL with rigorous operational discipline derived from his background in maritime logistics and critical asset management. His work focuses on deploying resilient network infrastructures, firewall configuration, and sensor-based data processing systems designed for low-latency, high-security environments.
